Toronto Blue Jays fans have been extremely worried since last night went a picture went viral of Vladimir Guerrero Jr in a Boston Red Sox uniform in which he liked.

Fans are hoping to see Guerrero return to Toronto in 2025 with a brand new contract but it looks like the front office has different plans as they seem to be entertaining the idea of trading him.

Blue Jays fans are worried after Vladimir Guerrero Jr likes a picture on social media of him with the Red Sox

A fan posted a screenshot last night of a picture of Guerrero, Juan Soto and Raphael Devers all in Red Sox uniforms which was made by a fan account in which Guerrero liked on Instagram.

A Boston Red Sox fan account posted on Instagram the dream for every fan of the club, an edit featuring three Dominican stars, Soto, Guerrero and Rafael Devers, all donning Red Sox jerseys. The account also tagged all three players in the post and, more interestingly, one of the likes was from Guerrero Jr. Williams

At first it was believed to be an edited screenshot but after fans looked into it, it seems like Guerrero truly did like the picture.
For the people saying it's photoshopped

I thought this shit was photo edited man. I'm f*kin sick

While this is only a picture and some believe that it truly is just Guerrero appreciating some fan art, it is hard to believe that Guerrero would like a picture of him in a rivals jersey without thinking about it more than that.
The difficult part in all of this is that fans have not heard from Guerrero since the end of the season regarding his contract situation and Blue Jays GM Ross Atkins refuses to give any real details.
