The MLB Network makes announcement regarding Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Bowden Francis

Blue Jays fans are worried about their starting rotation heading into the 2025 season as they have yet to add any free agents pitchers but fans are excited to see how Bowden Francis will do in a full season as a starter.

The Blue Jays have high hopes for Francis heading into the 2025 season as he was incredible in the second half of last season and was arguably one of the best pitchers in the MLB in the last two months of the year.

The MLB Network made sure to point out just how great Francis was in a recent statement pointing out that in 13 starts last season, Francis had a 2.92 ERA and gave up only 45 hits in 77 innings pitched.

Everyone in the baseball world seems excited to see what Francis can will be able to do next season as despite a rough first half of the season in the Blue Jays bullpen, he completely turned things around in the second half.

While many believe he will have a standout year and will likely land himself a spot as an all-star, there are also a ton of people that believe that last season was a fluke and that he will have a rough season in 2025.

Hopefully Francis proves all the haters wrong and comes out even stronger next season.

The Blue Jays could definitely benefit from having him start the season strong as their rotation is in a tough state as of right now.
