The Blue Jays announced three new non-roster players that have invited to Spring Training this year
Blue Jays Spring Training is right around the corner as pitchers and catchers report in exactly one week while the rest of the players are set to arrive for February 18th, the first full squad practice.
The Blue Jays have now invited catchers Matt Whatley, Robert Brooks and right handed pitcher Andrew Bash as non-roster invites to Spring Training set to begin shortly.

None of these players have a real chance at making the team but the one of player out of the three that could end up making a name for himself at camp and possibly getting called up is
Bash.
Bash split last season between Double-A and Triple-A where he finished with a combined 2.91 ERA in 80.1 innings pitched while also striking out a total of 77 batters.
It will be interesting to see how some of these young players do in Spring Training as some might end up turning some heads and making a name for themselves.
The Blue Jays have some solid young players that could end up breaking out this year if they have a solid Spring Training.
