Los Angeles Dodgers Shohei Ohtani put on an incredible show this season after having the first season in MLB history with 50 homeruns and 50 stolen bases.
Ohtani hit his 50th homerun of the season last week which fans rushed to get their hands on after another fan fumble the ball and dropped it down below.
Ohtani's 50th homerun ball has been put up for auction as the current big sits at $1.2 million USD but will likely continue to go up as the auction is still open.
$1.2M FOR SHOHEI'S 50TH HR BALL MY GOODNESS
Fans could not believe how much people were willing to pay for this ball even if it is a major part of MLB history, that is a ton of money for a ball and fans simply could not believe it.
And people wanted them to just give it up for free lol
Charging $19 bucks for shipping after the auction site stands to pocket $264k is certainly a choice
Life changing money
The fan knew what they had and made the right call! Holy crap what a pay day!
Even though I think it is overrated. No person should capitalize on someone else's accomplishment. I would just gave it to him
Imagine being a young kid, catching that special ball, thinking everyone will celebrate with you-only for a grown man, greedy and disrespectful, to rip it away in front of everyone. I doubt Ohtani, with all his class and education, would agree with with something so heartless
