The Toronto Blue Jays are quite lock and loaded when it comes to their infield next season which does not leave much room for Orelvis Martinez to finally get back into the lineup.

Martinez was unfortunately suspended for 80 games last season after finally being called up to the MLB due to PEDs which he claims came from a medication to help him and his girlfriend have a child.

Bad news announced for Blue Jays prospect Orelvis Martinez

Martinez was recently ranked as the Blue Jays top international prospect heading into the 2025 season unless they are able to somehow sign Roki Sasaki.
The outlet named the best international talent in each system early this week:

It's been an up-and-down life as a prospect for Martinez since he signed for $3.5 million in 2018, and last year's 80-game suspension for the banned substance Clomiphene was a relative low. But at his best, the right-handed slugger shows at least plus power potential with the elite exit velocities to match. His 103 homers since 2021 rank third in the Minors over that span, and it's that pop that will keep him in Toronto's infield conversation in his age-23 season in 2025. -Farkas
Despite being the Blue Jays top international prospect and getting called up last season, it will tough for him to stick around since they are loaded with infielders.
The Blue Jays have Vladimir Guerrero Jr on first, Andres Gimenez on second, Bo Bichette at shortstop and Ernie Clement at third base which does not leave much room for Martinez.
Currently, the Blue Jays figure to have Vladimir Guerrero Jr. at first base, with Andres Gimenez at second base and Bo Bichette at shortstop. Ernie Clement and Will Wagner could vie for time at third, but perhaps Martinez can get in the mix there as well. -Farkas

Unless the Blue Jays end up switching some things around, Martinez will have a tough time getting a full time role as an infielder for the Blue Jays.
While there is no room for him as an infielder, the Blue Jays might end up keeping him as a DH if they don't sign anyone else.
