The Blue Jays hire Graham Johnson as their new bullpen coach
News broke this evening that the Blue Jays decided to hire their new hitting coach in Graham Johnson who is coming over from the New York Yankees organization in which he was a minor league pitching coach.

Johnson is coming in to replace former Blue Jays bullpen coach Jeff Ware who was fired at the end of the season.
The Blue Jays new bullpen coach has been with the Yankees organization for the last few season and was in Double-A prior to that with the Houston Astros organization between 2019 and 2021.
Johnson replaces Jeff Ware as bullpen coach and comes over after spending the past three seasons as pitching coach for triple-A Scranton/Wilkes-Barre in the New York Yankees system. Before that, he served as pitching coach with double-A Corpus Christi in the Houston Astros organization during the 2019 and 2021 seasons. -Davidi
While the Blue jays have a couple new hires in the last month between Johnson, Iannotti and David Popkins, they are still looking for an assistant pitching coach to help out as well.
