While the exact number each team offered is still unknown reports suggests that no one has exceed $700 million yet which is the number that Soto is looking for but that 3 of the final 4 teams are above $600 million.
As all the initial offers have been made, all four teams are set to likely make a second offer and many MLB executives believe that the Blue Jays will be the team that makes the highest offer.

If the Blue Jays are somehow able to land Soto they will likely become front runners to win the division, especially if they are also able to land at least one solid pitcher this off-season.
