A list was posted yesterday of the projected ERA's for each teams bullpen while ranking them from best to worst in which the Toronto Blue Jays landed pretty high.
The Blue Jays bullpen in 2024 was arguably one of the worst in the MLB as they had a terrible collective ERA while also dealing with a ton of injuries and many of their pitchers have underwhelming seasons.

2025 Projected Bullpen ERA+
Projections: OOPSY by

Fans are quite pleased with the projections stating that the Blue Jays clearly did a solid job in the off-season of acquiring relief pitchers to jump from the bottom of the MLB into the top 10 in bullpens.
People who whined after the Blue Jays signed Jeff Hoffman and kept spamming "bUt BuT wE nEeD BaTs" are the most unserious human beings to ever grace this earth.
The Blue Jays bullpen was DEAD last in all of baseball when it came to fWAR. It was BY FAR their biggest weakness.
This is great news for the Blue Jays as it looks like they might actually have a very solid bullpen this year which will likely bring them a ton of extra wins this season as they blew many games last year due to relief pitchers that could not close.
With the addition of pitchers like Garcia and
Hoffman plus with current players like Chad Green, the Blue Jays bullpen should have a great season in 2025.
