According to MLB insider Daniel Judgeaport, free agent Juan Soto has narrowed his free agency search down to two teams which unfortunately excluded the Toronto Blue Jays.
Soto is by far the biggest free agent on the market and is set to likely sign a deal worth close to $700 million this off-season which is why there have been updates on where he is going to sign almost every day.
MLB insider states Juan Soto has narrowed his free agency search down to two teams
Daniel Judgeaport announced on social media today that Juan Soto has narrowed down his free agency search to the New York Mets and Boston Red Sox which means it looks like the Blue Jays are officially out of the picture.
While the Mets were the leaders to win the Soto sweepstakes headed into free agency, it looks like the Red Sox might have taken the lead as the meeting between the two parties yesterday went extremely well.

After a disappointing year in Boston, if they are able to land Soto plus a few other pieces to help out with their pitching, they might end up being the best team in the American League next season.
