A couple of days ago when the Blue Jays faced off against the Tampa Bay Rays, Guerrero Jr. surpassed his own personal record for most hits in a single season. He hit a 2-out single vs the rays that resulted in being hiss 189th hot of the season, where his previous best came back in 2021 when he came 2nd in MVP voting.
On the season, Vladdy is hitting .324/.398/.552 with 30 home runs and 99 RBIs. With him breaking his own personal record, he has a chance to slot his name with some of the Blue Jays best. In the final 8 games of the season, Vlad only needs 6 more hits to reach the esteemed 200 hit club. If he manages to do it, he will be the 6th Blue Jay in the organizations history to reach that major milestone.
With the pace he is on right now, there is a very good chance he can accomplish it, we all will be watching.
