Not too add salt into the wounds of the Toronto Blue Jays rough season, but a new report has just been released that is quite embarrassing.
Sportsnet Stats brought the attention to the Blue Jays lackluster season as they now are leading the lead and ties with 3 other teams in losses when outhitting their opponents.
The Blue Jays, Houston Astros and Miami Marlins are all ties with 28 losses when outhitting the other team offensively.

The weakest aspect of the 2024 Blue Jays is by far their inability to close out games with when their bullpen is called upon. The Blue Jays had way to many leads entering the final innings of games where they have dominated, but have loosed after their bullpen blows it.
Take for example the other day when Bowden Francis almost threw his no-hitter. He gave up 1 home run to break up his bid for history and then brought in some relief arms, and they provided to give up another 8 runs in that innings...
Lets hope 2025 is a lot better for out Jays...
