Now that is has been confirmed that Sasaki told the Padres he is not interested in signing there, the two that remain are the Blue Jays and Dodgers with many believing he will end up in Los Angeles.
The Padres are OUT on Roki Sasaki, per @francysromeroFR . That leaves the Blue Jays and the Dodgers as finalists.
This would be another heartbreak for the Blue Jays if they miss out on Sasaki especially to the Dodgers since this is exactly what happened with Shohei Ohtani last year.
If Ross Atkins is somehow able to get Sasaki to sign in Toronto, it will completely change the team's future as he looks like he will be one of the best pitchers in baseball.
All fans can do now is cross their fingers and wait for the decision to be made.
