The Guardians made a change to their stadium this year that is helping them

The Guardians decided to remove panels from the top deck of their stadium to start the year and it seems to have created a wind tunnel which is helping them their balls travel further than ever before.
Last year the Guardians ranked last in home runs and since the changes, they are currently 10th this year. A report showed that a ball that was hit 2 MPH slower into the same area last year landed 31 feet closer to home plate than a hit that was a homerun this year.
It all makes sense now for the 40-20 first-place Cleveland Guardians
Clearly these changes have drastically helped the Guardians offense this season as they are currently 40-20 with the 3rd best record in the league.
The big question is, if the wind tunnels really are helping the ball travel further, is this cheating?
