The White Sox are currently the worst team in baseball by a long shot and it looks like they are looking to clean house for a full rebuild.
Two names that have many teams interested are centerfielder Luis Robert and pitcher Garret Crochet. While both players are still young and skilled, the Sox will likely be asking for a decent return if they were to trade them.

Both these options could be worth looking into for the Jays as they are in need of starting pitchers due to all their injuries and adding Robert's bat to the inconsistent offense could be a huge help.
While this is still only speculation, a trade between could make sense in the near future.
