Last week, Babe Ruth famous called shot home run Yankees jersey from the 1932 World Series was but for auction.
The Ruth jersey ended up officially being bought yesterday for a total of $24.2 million at auction by an undisclosed purchaser.
Babe Ruth's "called shot" jersey just sold for $24.2 million.
While Ruth's jersey is an important part of baseball history and is an awesome piece of memorabilia, that is a ton of money for an old jersey.
There is one thing for certain, whoever bought this jersey has a ton of money and really loves baseball.
