The Blue Jays were extremely active at the trade deadline and even decided to move Isiah Kiner-Falefa to the Pirates despite him still having another year on his contract.
This trade ended up being great for the Blue Jays as Kiner-Falefa has been struggling immensely at the plate since arriving in Pittsburgh with a .222 batting average while striking out in 21% of his plate appearances.
