Toronto Blue Jays fans have been happy with general manager Ross Atkins over the last week due to his off-season plan of taking a shot at every big time free agent on the market.
Atkins is far from being the most loved man in Toronto due to many questionable decisions over the years but fans seem to be somewhat happy with him lately due to his plans for the off-season.
Blue Jays fans are actually happy with Ross Atkins as he is going after every good free agent available
There is no doubt that general manager Ross Atkins and president Mark Shapiro are feeling the pressure heading into the 2025 season as a repeat of last year will likely end up in them being fired.
Blue Jays are being aggressive this free agency, shooting every shot possible to make one last run in 2025
Is this the right strategy?

The Blue Jays front office simply cannot afford another season like 2024 as it will end up costing them their jobs and because of that, they are going after high end players such as Pete Alonso, Juan Soto, Corbin Burnes and many more.
Not only would another disappointing season cost many staff members their jobs in the organization but it will also result in a substantial loss of revenue for Rogers since fans will quickly lose interest.
