The Blue Jays announced that Daulton Varsho has changed his number and Anthony Santander will wear number 25
The Blue Jays officially signed Santander this morning as a picture was posted of him in Blue Jays gear and he will be wearing number 25 for them which was worn by Varsho up until now.
«Looks great on me already! WOW!»
We couldn't agree more, Tony
Since Santander has been given number 25, the Blue Jays announced that Varsho will be wearing number 5 for the Blue Jays next season.
Varsho rocking 5 is icy as hell though. That's an instant jersey cop.
Fans are quite excited to see Santander take field with the Blue Jays as they have not signed a player with this much skill in a few years.
Pairing Santander along with Vladimir Guerrero Jr will be great for their offense next season, the big question will be who will end up batting clean up for them.
While these have been a productive few days for the Blue Jays in terms of signings, they ideally still need to add a few players to their lineup to truly be a top team in the AL East this season.
If Ross Atkins is able to add one solid starting pitcher, they will truly be a playoff team this season and could surprise a lot of people.
