Bad news for the Toronto Blue Jays as another pitcher goes down with an injury

The Toronto Blue Jays announced that another one of their pitcher has gone down with an injury this time it's relief pitcher Ryan Burr according to manager John Schneider.
Earlier this week the Blue Jays got bad news that pitcher prospect Adam Macko tore his meniscus and had surgery to repair it which will keep him out for a period of time.

The Blue Jays have had a lot of problems over the last two years when it comes to their pitcher staying healthy throughout Spring Training and they have been having similar issues this year.
Manager John Schneider announced this morning that pitcher Ryan Burr has been dealing with shoulder tendinitis and will be out but he added that they are hoping it is nothing to serious as he has been able to play catch.
Ryan Burr had a bit of shoulder tendinitis and backed off throwing for a couple of days, John Schneider said.

Burr is coming off a solid season with the Blue Jays in 2024 where he finished with a 4.10 ERA, 47 strikeouts in 32.2 innings which is why the Blue Jays brought him back this season as they are hoping he can build off of that.
This injury is not ideal for Burr since the team wants him to get some reps in before the start of the season but hopefully Schneider is correct and that Burr will only be out for a couple days.

As the Spring Training season is only starting today, fans are hoping that players are able to stay healthy as they have already started to deal with some injuries and they have not even played a game yet.
