Toronto Blue Jays superstar Vladimir Guerrero has had an unbelievable season this year after some fans may had lost hope which he proved them all wrong.
Guerrero has been dominate at the plate for the Blue Jays over his career but took things to another level this year.
A video has been circulating online showing how Guerrero has been able to develop such a great eye at the plate which is how he is able to choose his pitches so well. In the video, Guerrero is seen holding a glove is stead of a bat and catching the ball to practice tracking it as it comes in.
Cool video from Jays hitting coach Hunter Mense's IG (dodamagehitting) of Vladimir Guerrero Jr. doing a tracking drill.
While the game has developed quite a bit over the years, so have the players techniques in trying to keep up with a game that in continuously evolving.
Clearly despite this drill looking strange, it has helped Guerrero as he has one of the best eyes in baseball when it comes to pitch selection.
