After the game Heineman spoke to the media about the homerun and the batflip which he made after the hit which he was apoligizing for as he stated it was a little over the top and hoped to not offend anyone.
After watching the replay of his bat flip Tyler Heineman joked he had too much pine tar on his hands, but was genuinely apologetic to anyone he offended as it wasn't his intention. «It may have been a little too big»
