Blue Jays Catcher Danny Jansen has Fractured his Wrist
The Toronto Blue Jays have announced that their catcher Danny Jansen fractured his wrist against the Pirates and he will be out for the next few weeks. Serven and Henry will fill his spot for the time being as he rests.
"Danny Jansen has broken a small bone between the wrist and hand vs PITT and will be out 2 weeks. Serven/Henry will back-fill for the time being."
Fans are not excited about the news as this is one of many injuries Jansen has had over the course of his career. Since starting to play with the Blue Jays in 2021, the catcher has been injured every season at least once if not multiple times.
