The Toronto Blue Jays invited 16 non-roster players to Spring Training, out of the 16 Alan Roden, Mason Fluharty and Ben McAdoo all have a real chance at playing in the MLB this season.

While making it to the MLB when you are not on the 40 man roster to start Spring Training is not an easy task, these three players can end up turning a lot of heads if they perform at Spring Training.

The Blue Jays have 3 non-roster players that can possibly make it to the MLB this season

The non-roster player with the best chance at seeing some playing time in the MLB this season is outfielder Alan Roden as he is their top prospect and is coming off a great season in 2024 where he hit 16 homeruns and 75 RBIs split between Double-A and Triple-A.
Through 125 games, almost a 50/50 split between double-A New Hampshire and Buffalo, Roden slashed .293/.391/.475 with 26 doubles, 75 RBIs and a career-high 16 home runs. He also posted a .865 OPS while collecting a 136 wRC+ and generating a 12.1% walk rate and a 14.2% strikeout rate. -Shushkewich

Another possible surprise is LHP Mason Fluharty does have a chance at getting called up if he starts off the season hot in Triple-A as he has been dominant in the minor over the past few years.
Should he start the year in triple-A, a strong opening with Buffalo will put him on the shortlist to Toronto, as he won't have much left to prove down in the Minors. This will be his second stint in big league Spring Training, having posted a 4.91 ERA through seven appearances last year, collecting one save while striking out 12. -Shushkewich

Finally there is Ben McAdoo who is the biggest longshot when it comes to making it to the MLB this season but with the numbers he has put up in the minors, he might end up forcing the Blue Jays to call him up if he continues to hit the way he did last season.
McAdoo is likely the longest shot of the bunch to reach the Majors this season but fans have seen what a hot bat in triple-A can do, especially if the Blue Jays are struggling to find production (ala Spencer Horwitz 2.0). -Shushkewich

Even though Roden is the player the most likely to see some time in the majors this season, any one of these players could end up getting called up depending on how the start of the season goes.
