With the team back at .500 (8-8) and securing back-to-back series wins, the Blue Jays are gearing up to face the powerful lineup of the New York Yankees.

Another stellar outing by José Berros on the mound, coupled with three crucial hits from Justin Turner, propelled the Jays to a 5-0 victory against the Colorado Rockies at the Rogers Centre on Sunday, bringing their season record to 8-8. This win marked a strong rebound from Friday's disappointing 12-4 loss and secured the series win in three games.
Berros improved to 3-0 and dropped his ERA to a sparkling 1.05, while Turner pushed his on-base plus slugging mark to 1.095.
The Most notable Bue Jay is one of the newest, the red bearded legend, Justin Turner is leading the way in offense. After the team has been struggling to produce runs, there has been questions on what the team has to do in order to win more games. But it seems that Jays have potentially turned over a new leaf. Justin Turner has this to say about it:
«The offence is kind of scratching the surface. I think there's a whole lot more in the tank, and when we get going and clicking on all cylinders it's going to be a fun offence to be a part of.»
The tam seems to be clicking a lot more then at the start, that being said, it can only go uphill from here as the Jays anticipate the return of Jordan Romano, Danny Jansen, and Erik Swanson by Tuesday at the latest.
The elevation in play can't come at a better time because they are heading into an important divisional series against the Brox Bomber this week. They will need all the puzzle pieces connected to take on a team like the Yankees.
