The Los Angeles Dodgers shock the baseball world by DFA'ing relief pitcher Ryan Brasier last night which the Toronto Blue Jays need to capitalize on.
The Blue Jays have done a ton this off-season when it comes to their bullpen with their most recent addition being Adam Kloffenstein but there is still room for improvement.

The Dodgers announced last night that they decided to DFA pitcher Ryan Brasier to make room of their 40 man roster for they newly signed relief pitcher and former Blue Jay, Kirby Yates.
The Dodgers announced that they've designated Ryan Brasier for assignment. That's the corresponding 40-man roster move for the signing of Kirby Yates to a $13MM free agent deal. -Franco

Fans could not believe that the Dodgers team and pitchers are so strong that they have to DFA a pitcher like Brasier to make room on their roster, which is a pitcher any team would love to have in their bullpen.
imagine your pitching staff being so strong that you can dfa a guy who put up a 1.89 ERA in 68 games for you
The Dodgers will likely end up trading Brasier since he will never make it to waivers as multiple teams will now be gunning for him.
The Blue Jays should make an offer to the Dodgers for Brasier as he would be a great addition to their bullpen which has already seen a ton of improvement over the course of the off-season.
Adding Brasier to the Blue Jays is not a must but would certainly be an incredible addition which would let them walk away from weaker pitchers like Zach Pop.
