Former Beloved Blue Jays pitcher Jay Jackson has decided to retire
Jackson took to social media yesterday to post a message and a video announcing to the fans that after 17 years he has officially decided to retire which he stated was one of the hardest decisions he has ever had to make.

According to reports, Jackson still wants to be involved in the game of baseball and his agent stated that he would be open to either coaching or even getting in the broadcast booth.
Veteran MLB reliever Jay Jackson is retiring after 17 seasons in baseball. He'd love to work for a team and is also open to a career in broadcasting, his agent Nello Gamberdino said.
Clearly Jackson has a deep love for the game since after a long 17 year career, he is still looking to do whatever he can to stay involved.
