The Blue Jays cannot seem to catch a break this season when it comes to injuries and last night, it was Leo Jimenez that went down with a knee injury.
Jimenez was pulled from the game after tweaking his knee trying to steal third base in the first inning. Manager John Schneider announce he does not it is too serious for the time being but that he is not getting testing done for the time being.
Leo Jiménez tweaked his knee backing up third base on a steal attempt in the first, John Schneider said.
They don't think it's serious right now and he isn't getting any testing done. #BlueJays
This is an interesting approach to Jimenez injury since getting a couple scans done would only guarantee nothing is wrong instead of just letting it be for right now.
