Four key Toronto Blue Jays players that are on the injured list are advancing nicely in their recoveries.

Four Toronto Blue Jays players on the injured list are progressing in their recovery, including Kevin Kiermaier, Chad Green, Bowden Francis, and Alek Manoah
Before the Jays faced the Kansas City Royals on tonight, Gold Glove-winning center-fielder, Kevin KiermaierKevin Kiermaier took swings in the batting cage. Kiermaier is currently on the 10-day IL due to left hip flexor inflammation. He was also able to partake in running and agility drills.
Alek Manoah is scheduled to pitch for the triple-A Buffalo Bisons on Tuesday as he manages shoulder inflammation and rough outings.
Just in case y'all have been wondering what Alek Manoah has been up to
Chad Green is back with a ball in his hand and started throwing as he works on rehabilitating a teres major strain in his right shoulder. This is a great sign for the reliever.
Bowden Francis is a bit more behind in his recovery but the long reliever is anticipated to restart throwing exercises in the coming days as he recovers from right forearm extensor tendinitis.
