Romano heading to 60 day IL #bluejays #mlb

The Blue Jays announced last night a couple roster moves which included injured pitcher Jordan Romano.

Romano has been dealing with a forearm injury lately that was said to hopefully be not too bad but his season looks like it is done as he is placed on 60 day IL. The Jays have called Ryan Burr back up to replace Romano.
ROSTER MOVES:
RHP Ryan Burr recalled from Triple-A and will be active for today's game

RHP Jordan Romano transferred to 60-day IL

This looks like the right move since it will give time for Romano to properly recover since there is no need for him to rush back since they will likely not make the playoffs this year.
