The Blue Jays have officially announced this morning that pitcher Alek Manoah will be making his first start of the season tomorrow against the Nationals.
Manoah has been in Triple-A with the Bisons since the beginning of the year on a rehab stint after hurting himself at Spring Training.
In his last appearance in Triple-A, Manoah allowed 2 hits and 1 run in 6 innings pitched while striking out 12 batters. This performance gave fans a lot of hope that he may be returning to that 2022 form.
Hopefully this big news gives the Blue Jays a boost of confidence as they look to turn things around.
