Blue Jays announce another discouraging message to the fans

Blue Jays fans are quite discouraged with the current season as it has been a huge let down and this message from Mark Shapiro to the fans did not help.
It seems like the front-office truly believes that the Blue Jays have the skill to win the World Series next year.
Blue Jays plan to win in '25 per Mark Shapiro:
«We believe there's enough talent in place to build a contending championship caliber team next yr. Had we not, we would have made a different set of decisions (at the deadline)"
Per Shapiro: lots of work to do, but intent is there
While Toronto does have a ton of skill, clearly management has struggled to help the players attain their full potential which is why fans believe things need to chance in the front-office in they really want to win.
Fans are hoping for some drastic changes but the way things are looking right now, Shapiro, Atkins and Schneider will still be running things next season.
