The Toronto Blue Jays just wrapped up another disappointing season after missing the playoffs in which superstar Vladimir Guerrero admitted is quite frustrating.

Heading into the year, the Blue Jays thought they would be at least finish the year with a Wild Card spot but with a ton of injuries and a lineup that continued to fall short, they missed the playoffs by 12 games.
Superstar Vladimir Guerrero spoke to reporters after the Blue Jays wrapped up the season stating that he is frustrated to miss the playoffs but that he said he feels as though players need to be giving it their all every game even when they are out of the playoff race.
«It's frustrating. There's frustration in going out there knowing you're not going to make the playoffs,» Vladimir Guerrero Jr. said through a club interpreter. «At the same time, you've got to respect your fan base, your organization, your teammates, even your family. You still have to work and give all you have for your team, your city, even though we knew we weren't going to make the playoffs.»

Clearly Guerrero had bigger hopes for this season and after the year he put together offensively, it is certain that he is frustrated with how his team played since he showed up to play every single day.
Guerrero has stated that he wants to stay in Toronto for his entire career but if the Blue Jays want to keep him here, they need to show that they truly are trying to put together the best ball team possible and not wasting their time like Ross Atkins did last off-season.
