Toronto Blue Jays superstar Vladimir Guerrero Jr had an unbelievable 2024 season on a struggling Blue Jays team as he was one of the best bats in the American League.

Guerrero put up incredible numbers throughout the entire season despite a slow start, he ended up with 30 homeruns to go along with 103 RBIs and 199 hits on the season.

Vladimir Guerrero Jr proves all the haters wrong after incredible season in 2024

Guerrero had a slow start to the 2024 season with a .277/.363/.401 and 8 homeruns through the first 76 games but then stepped on the gas finishing the year with a 323/.396/.544 slash line to go along with 30 homeruns and 103 RBIs.

Many fans have been saying for a few years now that Guerrero incredible 2021 season was a fluke since he had been on the declining ever since despite still putting up solid numbers. In 2024, he proved all those haters wrong after an incredible season which will land him in the top 5 of American League voting for MVP.
With his stellar performance this season, Guerrero rewrote the narrative about whether his 2021 season was an outlier. Despite a slow start to the season, he proved why he should be the next franchise player for the Blue Jays. -Hunter

The Blue Jays need to sign Guerrero to a long term extension and it is should not even be a question at this point.
