The Toronto Blue Jays are officially the best team in baseball right now

The team completed a record of 17-10 Which puts them at the top of the standings.
The Blue Jays had one of the best run differentials in preseason as they had a + 26.\

The Blue Jays will have one game remaining at TD Ballpark in Dunedin Florida where they will face off against the Pittsburgh Pirates on Sunday.

Once this game is in the books, the Blue Jays organization will head back to Toronto where they will prepare for their first game of the season and their home opener against the Baltimore Orioles on March 27th.

As most people feel, preseason baseball does not amount to much but it does show that the Blue Jays have some talented youngsters who may be able to fulfill some roles on the roster during the season.

Organizational depth is always key for any team in professional sports and if this Grapefruit League has shown that the Blue Jays have some of this depth.

It may bode well for this season and seasons to come as the team continues to be shrouded around question Marks and some dark clouds especially when it comes to players who could head to free agency.

Despite those question marks, the Blue Jays organization and their coaching staff feel good about their grapefruit league play and some of the decisions that have been made especially this past offseason.

It's safe to say that manager John Schneider will be busy over the next couple of days assembling the remainder of his roster and choose the players who will be on the Opening Day batting order which has been a question mark for the past couple of weeks.

The team will face the Orioles on Thursday March 27th and the first pitch will be thrown at 3:07 PM eastern. The team will face the Orioles and then the Washington Nationals for their next series.
