The Blue Jays have officially begun their hiring for new coaches and staff members

The Toronto Blue Jays have a lot of work to do this winter and not only concerning free agents but it terms hiring coaches and staff members as they parted ways with many of them at the end of the season.
The Blue Jays are in full off-season mode as they have begun their search for new coaches including affiliate hitting and affiliate pitching coach which they have begun taking resumes after parting ways with multiple coaches.
Two positions that they are taking resumes for are an affiliate pitching coach and an affiliate hitting coach. For the former, a minimum of two years of experience and/or training is required. Having previously worked with a Major or Minor League Baseball organization is a plus, though not a requirement. -Pankiw
Blue Jays have a ton of job openings for the 2025 season including coaches and staff members
Not only are the Blue Jays looking for a bunch of new coaches but their are also a ton of job opening across the board in terms of general staff members such as groundskeepers and coordinator for short-season operations.
Other positions available include a groundskeeper, a coordinator for short-season operations, and a number of entry-level opportunities in baseball operations. Those with flexible schedules and a strong passion for baseball are encouraged to apply for the entry-level position opening. -Pankiw
