The Blue Jays cannot seem to catch a break this season when it comes to injuries and once again, their number #1 prospect Ricky Tiedemann situations continues to get worse.
Tiedemann has been dealing with an elbow issue on his throwing arm all season and after his first evaluation, Tiedemann has decided to go through with a 2nd and 3rd one.
#BlueJays No. 1 prospect Ricky Tiedemann will be getting the second opinion that was expected on his throwing elbow and also a third.
He'll meet with Dr. Meister and Dr. ElAttrache soon to determine next steps. Pretty unique to meet with both.
This is a strange situation all together since just a couple weeks ago, Tiedemann was cleared to return from his injury but after only 1 inning in Triple-A he left the game and has yet to return to the lineup.
This is not good news for the Blue Jays since they need help when it comes to pitchers and Tiedemann is definitely one of the players they are hoping will soon be able to make the jump to the Majors.
