John Schneider is back peddling his comments once again, when will this end?

Toronto Blue Jays Manager John Schneider has done it again, back peddling his comments on what the Jays need to do to win but make no real changes.
He states that the season is getting shorter and shorter by the day, and that it will hopefully turn around quickly.
The issue is that he has been saying this for months with no real changes to speak of.
John Schneider: «It's got to turn and it's got to turn quickly. The guys understand that, and the season gets shorter every single day. So, yeah, it's frustrating. But it's not for a lack of effort. It's not for lack of preparation. You just have to go out and execute.»
He states that the team is «trying», they are professional athletes, but obviously fans are wondering what is being done to make them better.
When will this nightmare end?
