The Toronto Blue Jays have multiple players entering the final years of their contract but it looks like it is not only some of the players that are at risk of not being brought back as manager John Schneider is in a similar situation.

The Blue Jays two main concerns when it comes to players on expiring deals are arguably their two best players in Vladimir Guerrero Jr and Bo Bichette who both might be playing their final season in Toronto.

The Toronto Blue Jays named John Schneider as their manager back in 2022 after they decided to fire Charlie Montoyo in July of that season but in the few years Schneider has been managing, he has yet to find real success.
The 2025 season is a big one for Schneider as he is in the final year of his deal and if he fails to do anything real with this team or even worse, has a repeat of the 2024 season he will surely be without a job next off-season.

Schneider does not seem to be the only staff member with his job on the line as GM Ross Atkins is also at risk despite still having a contract through 2026 since many believe that this is both their last shot to make something happen with the Blue Jays.
The pair will be tasked with leading the Blue Jays into what could be a do-or-die season ahead, potentially with their jobs on the line. -Connon

While both Schneider and Atkins are at risk of being fired, Schneider has a bit more pressure on him since if the Blue Jays do not come out of the gate strong this year, he might follow the same fate as Montoyo and be fired throughout the season.
While many fans do not think that Schneider has done a good job as the Blue Jays manager, many feel that Atkins should not have the chance to fire a third manager since he has continuously failed to get the job done over the years.
