Blue Jays announce roster move #bluejays #mlb

The Blue Jays brought up pitcher Brandon Eisert from Triple-A on August 26 to be the 27th man on the roster.

ROSTER MOVE:

🔹 LHP Brandon Eisert has been appointed as the 27th man for the second game of the doubleheader

Let's make it SIX in a roWWWWWW!*

*Please do not fight us on technicalities

Unfortunately for Eisert has already been sent back down despite not getting to pitch during his short stint back in the majors.
Eisert currently has a 5.29 ERA in the majors and pitched in his last game for the Blue Jays July 29th against the Orioles, giving up 4 hits and 3 earned runs in 2.2 innings.
