Cleveland Guardians pitcher Emmanuel Clase has fully solidified himself as the MLB's best closer as he leads the league in ERA.
Today Class faced off against the Tampa Bat Rays in his 68th appearance and threw absolute unhittable pitches making batters look foolish. In one specific at-bat he threw a 102 mph cutter that left Morel shocked.
It is getting to the point now that pitchers are completely outclassing hitters with pitches that are legitimately unsuitable and Clase is leading the league in the area.
Clase is having a historic season with 45 saves which leads the league and now has an ERA of 0.66 which would be the 4th lowest in a season of 50+ IP in MLB history.
