The Blue Jays have had a complete let down of a season as fans were expecting much more headed into the year, Chris Bassitt and George Springer believe the players are to blame.
After yesterday's game, Bassitt and Springer were asked about the Blue Jays tough season, both pointing the finger at their teammates. Both players believed that the players are to blame and it is not management fault at all since they are not playing the games.
Bassitt and Springer had some comments after yesterdays game.
»Player accountability is massive, and I think we have that here. It's just for whatever reason fans don't want to yell at players; they want to yell at Ross. I don't know why.» - Bassitt
Clearly both Bassitt and Springer believe that the Ross Atkins, Mark Shapiro and John Schneider are not too blame even though fans feel otherwise.
