All teams involved in the Juan Soto sweepstakes have been keeping their offers tight to the vest but last night the New York Mets offer was leaked online in a very unusual situation.

The talk around the MLB so far this off-season has been focused on where top free agent Juan Soto will end up signing as he is searching for a record breaking contract that would pay him close to $700 million.

The Mets offer to free agent Juan Soto has been leaked

There has been a ton of speculation as to how much each of the final 5 teams have offered Soto but there has yet to be any concrete information up until last night when the Mets offer was leaked.
Mets manager Carlos Mendoza's son, Adrian, was commenting under a post on social media when he started bragging about who he was and that the Mets made Soto a $700 million offer over 15 years.
Did Carlos Mendozas son just leak the Soto signing?!?
The Mets have reportedly offered Juan Soto 15Y/$700M, per Adrian Mendoza.
Fans were pretty surprised that this is how the Mets offer was leaked as it is not everyday that a staff member family ends up breaking news of one of the biggest stories in baseball.
The Blue Jays were believed that have made the biggest offer to Soto so far but it would be surprising to find out if they surpassed this $700 million deal offered by the Mets.
Now that this offer is out there, it will be interesting to see if insiders will be able to get their hands on the other offers presented to Soto.
