The Toronto Blue Jays are done with Will Wagner as he is officially off the roster

The Toronto Blue Jays announce a long list of roster moves this afternoon including Will Wagner who has been optioned to Triple-A.
Fans were recently worried that with Daulton Varsho back in the lineup today, Addison Barger would get sent back down but it looks like it will be Will Wagner after all.

The Blue Jays announced that Daulton Varsho has been reinstated into the lineup and will play tonight with Will Wagner and RHP Paxton Shultz being optioned to the Buffalo Bisons.
News: Along with Daulton Varsho returning ot the #BlueJays tonight, Casey Lawrence will be active.

On top of all of this big news, newly signed pitcher Casey Lawrence has officially reported to the team and will be available for tonight's game against the Boston Red Sox.
Should be interesting to see how Varsho does in his first game back if his long recovery gave him enough time to get back into proper game shape.
Wagner being sent down to triple-A comes as no surprise as he has been struggling this season but if he performs well in the minors he will likely get another shot later in the season.
