The Blue Jays had a blow out win against the Tigers yesterday and it seems to be thanks to a technical issue that affected broadcast and team iPads.
Daulton Varsho believes the absence of technology helped the team focus and just play the game instead of worrying about trying to dissect the replays in the dugout.
The Blue Jays and Tigers didn't have the use of replays or dugout iPads for most of Thursday's game.
Toronto scored 9 runs.
"I think it helped us," Daulton Varsho said, when asked about the absence of technology. "It goes back to old-school baseball."
A lesson there,
One thing is for certain, it worked for Varsho as he finished as player of the game with 2 hits, 2 runs and 1 RBI.
