The Toronto Blue Jays have announced quite a bit of injury news over the last 24 hours and now relief pitcher Ryan Burr is also having issues according to manager John Schneider.

The Blue Jays have announced multiple injuries over the last day or so the latest being prospect shortstop Josh Kasevich who re-aggravated an old back injury and that he will now be out for multiple weeks.

The Blue Jays relief pitcher Ryan Burr has yet to pitch this Spring Training as he has been recovering from an undisclosed injury and he will now take even longer to make a return with after the most recent update.
MLB insider Ben Nicholson-Smith announced this morning that Burr has been dealing with shoulder fatigue issues and he recover process will now take longer than expected.

After the announcement yesterday that Erik Swanson is also dealing with an elbow injury and is waiting on MRI results, the Blue Jays bullpen seems to be in trouble heading into the start of the season in a couple weeks.
Thankfully the Blue Jays star relief pitchers such as Jeff Hoffman, Chad Green and Yimi Garcia all seem to in great health, these injuries to the bottom of their bullpen is definitely not a good sign.
If the Blue Jays continue to deal with injuries the front office will likely need to start looking towards bringing signing a few new pitchers to help out until these players are ready to come back.
The season is approaching rapidly as they are set to on the Baltimore Orioles in a couple weeks and will need all of their players healthy if they want to start the season strong.
The Blue Jays kick off the 2025 season on March 27th at 3:07 PM at the Rogers Centre in Toronto.
