Toronto Blue Jays pitcher Kevin Gausman went on the Deep Left Field podcast recently and discussed his disappointing season and the future.
Gausman started the 2024 season dealing with an injury which he admitted earlier in the year that he came back from too early which led to some struggles on the mound in his first few games.

Since singing a big contract with the Blue Jays in 2021, Gausman has yet to see a playoff series win or even just winning a game with the Blue Jays in the playoffs since they have not had one since 2016.
Gausman to reporter Mike Wilner on how badly he not only wants to get back to the playoffs but all go on a deep run which was not been done in Toronto since 2016 when they lost to the Cleveland Guardians in the American League Championship Series.
