The Toronto Blue Jays have announced that they have hired another coach as Noah Or will be joining the organization as a strength and condition coach.

The Blue Jays recently made another hired as they brought in former outfielder Kevin Kiermaier as a special assistant/outfielder specialist for the 2025 season as he will focus on helping out the young outfielders improve.

The Blue Jays announced they have hired Noah Or as a strength and conditioning coach

The Blue Jays announced yesterday that they have hired Noah Or as a strength and condition coach for the 2025 season as he will be at Spring Training but will then spend the season with the Vancouver Canadians.
Congratulations to Noah Or on accepting a position in the
@BlueJays
organization! He will be heading up the Strength and Conditioning for
@vancanadians
after spending Spring Training with them in Florida. Thank you for all you've done for the Wildcats Program Noah!
This is an incredible jump for Or who was a coach for the Wildcats, a high school baseball team in Calgary, Alberta last season and will now be transitioning to the pro level.
There is not a ton known about Or, he was a catcher during his playing days, his last season came in 2022-23 when he played for the University of British Columbia before becoming a coach.
Making the jump from high school baseball to the pro level will definitely be an adjustment for the young coach but this also proves that is clearly very talented if the Blue Jays were willing to give him a shot.
It will be interesting to see how he does in his first season with the Blue Jays organization and if he finds himself in the majors one day.
