When looking over the Toronto Blue Jays' recent 1st round draft picks, there is a common theme that is not good...

dating back all the way to 2016, there are a fair amount of 1st rounders that have been traded before their time has even come in the MLB.
Another common theme... Injuries.
With the draft starting on Sunday, our recent 1st round draft picks:

2023 - Nimmala (Dunedin)
2022 - Barriera (IL)
2021 - Hoglund (traded)
2020 - Martin (traded)
2019 - Manoah (IL)
2018 - Groshans (traded)
2017 - Warmoth (rule 5)
2016 - Zeuch (traded)

Currently, there is only ONE active 1st round draft pick in the Blue Jays organization, the others are either out with a significant injury, or have been traded away.
It is almost starting to look like there is a curse shadowing over their early picks.
Who do you hope to see the Blue Jays Draft this Sunday?
