Blue Jays had an incredibly tough day yesterday as multiple top players went down to injury including their number 1 prospect Ricky Tiedemann.
Tiedemann has been making his way back from injury and had his first Triple-A start yesterday but left the game after one inning due to forearm tightness.
Ricky Tiedemann left his outing tonight with triple-A Buffalo after one inning due to left forearm tightness.
He threw 27 pitches, allowing a run on a hit and three walks with one K. Fastball sat 93.7, topped out at 95.
Toronto is not awaiting Tiedemann's scans but it does not look promising as his velocity dropped in his game yesterday plus he has been dealing with forearm issues all season.
No surprise here but sounds like #BlueJays are waiting for full imaging to come back on Ricky Tiedemann's left forearm/elbow. Hold your breath. No prediction here but previous injuries + big velo drop last night is a bad combo.
