The MLB announced yesterday that Blue Jays Vladimir Guerrero has been named the AL player of the week.

Guerrero last week hit an impressive .500 with 13 hits in 26 at bats while also hitting 4 homeruns and 17 RBIs.
Vladimir Guerrero Jr. is the AL Player of the Week, MLB announces.

He hit .500 (13-for-26) with 4 HR, 17 RBI. #BlueJays

While Guerrero started off the season slowly, he has been phenomenal at the plate lately as his number just last week are truly astonishing.
